This manual was produced during an intense five-day hackathon in Chiang Mai, Thailand in February 2018. Fifteen journalists from Asia, Australia and Europe came together to merge their knowledge about the different fields in mobile journalism. From the planning of a story, to essential equipment for mobile reporting, tips of the best apps, ideal workflows or how to edit after the shooting and where to share the video. Thanks to the support of the KAS Media Programme Sub-Saharan Africa is also available in French, since 2020.
